If you have 2-factor authentication (2FA) enabled (as you should), then it is difficult for technical vendors to support you in some areas.
You could temporarily disable 2FA, then share your credentials over LastPass.
Alternately, you can grant me what is called "Delegate" access, which you can remove at the end of our engagement together.
