Permissions are managed at multiple levels.

The first is the wall between your central Notion data that has information on all ‣ and ‣ vs. the portals that can be shared with external resources (Designing Your Client Portal and Designing Your Project Portal)

The more important permissions structures are managed natively based on your membership in these groups

1. Membership in your Notion workspace

This is the first level of access control. People only see data if you share a page publicly or invite people to join your Notion account.

2. Membership or Owner of the Project Management Teamspace

This lets you see the content of the Project Management Framework for Notion (PMFN)
