The ‣ is not technically part of the Project Management Framework for Notion yet. It’s more of a beta-feature that I use for managing my own lead process for Notion work.

It’s here because I use the PMFN on a daily basis, and because you may well want to build upon it for your own purposes.

For it to be functional, it has to tie into your own pipeline process.

Intended flow

Lead arrives from external source Forward to mail hook Parse the email to extract key fields and pass it to GHL 1. There is a matching contact for the sender in GHL
